“二十四节气+”高职非遗学科共同体IP价值解构与开发研究

Research on Deconstruction and Development of IP Value of “Twenty-four Solar Terms+”Intangible Cultural Heritage Community in Higher Vocational Education

二十四节气被誉为“中国第五大发明”,在北京冬奥会开幕式上吸引了全球观众的目光.依据文化和旅游部汇编的联合国教科文组织非遗名录和国家级非遗代表性项目名录,对国内“二十四节气+”非遗进行IP价值解构,有助于高职院校“双高计划”建设单位发挥学科专业群优势,结合地方资源禀赋,共创共建“二十四节气+”非遗学科共同体.通过打造四位一体“二十四节气+”非遗的研究体系、产品体系、运营体系和传播体系,带动全国各地国家级非遗项目的联动发展.可活态传承中华农耕文明,促进城乡协同发展,提振传统文化节日的精神内涵,集中展现国家文化和地方文化IP形象,形成大众创业、万众创新的集聚效应和从众效应.

The Twenty-four Solar Terms,known as“China's fifth greatest invention”,attracted the attention of global audiences at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics.According to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Directory and the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Project Directory compiled by the Chinese Culture and Tourism Ministry,this paper deconstructs the IP value of“24 Solar Terms+”intangible cultural heritage,which helps the construction units of the“Double High Plan”in higher vocational colleges to take the advantages of the discipline specialty group,and combines the local resource endowment to jointly create and build the“24 Solar Terms+”intangible cultural heritage discipline community.By building a four-dimensional“24 Solar Terms+”intangible cultural heritage research system,product system,operation system and communication system,it will drive the linkage development with national intangible cultural heritage projects all over the country.It can actively inherit the Chinese farming civilization,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,boost the spiritual connotation of traditional cultural festivals,focus on showing the IP image of national culture and local culture,and form the agglomeration effect and conformity effect of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China.
