摘要
针对目前悬索桥索夹螺杆因车辆等荷载引起索夹松动、滑移问题,利用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),提出一种悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力检测及补张拉创新设计方法.首先,通过TRIZ理论建立技术系统;然后,对技术系统进行因果分析、资源分析,找到解决问题的入手点;最后,利用TRIZ理论中的创新原理、标准解系统及功能化模型得到3个解决方案.有效地解决了悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力检测及补张拉问题这一行业技术困难.
Aiming at the problem of looseness and slippage of cable clamp screw of Suspension bridge caused by vehicle and other loads,an innovative design method for axial force detection and supplementary tensioning of cable clamp screw of Suspension bridge is proposed by using the Invention Problem Solving Theory(TRIZ).Firstly,establish a technical system through TRIZ theory;Then,conduct causal analysis and resource analysis on the technical system to find the starting point for solving the problem;Finally,three solutions were obtained using the innovative principles,standard solution systems,and functional models in TRIZ theory.It has solved the technical difficulties in the industry of axial force detection and supplementary tensioning of cable clamp screw of Suspension bridge.
