数字赋能下智慧社区研究热点与趋势--基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

Research Hotspots and Trends of Wisdom Community under Digital Enabling——Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace

数字赋能将“智慧”注入城市社区发展理念中,为社区治理现代化提供了新机遇.通过CiteSpace软件对2011-2021年CNKI收录的有关智慧社区的文献进行分析,总结出国内智慧社区研究基本沿两条主线下的4个研究方向,即基础设施供给到一体化平台建设的技术路线与社区公共服务到应用场景更新的政务服务路线.根据社区智慧化建设的研究阶段划分与转向,新时期我国应推进智慧社区建设与公共精神培育、抗风险韧性提升的耦合发展.

Digital empowerment injects"wisdom"into the concept of urban community development,which provides a new opportunity for the modernization of community governance.The journals about"Urban Wisdom Community"collected by CNKI from 2011 to 2021 are analyzed by CiteSpace software,and the keyword co-occurrence map,keyword clustering map,timeline map and time zone map are drawn.The research shows that the domestic intelligent community research basically follows two main lines,namely,the technical route from infrastructure supply to integrated platform construction and the government service route from community public service to application scene updating.The construction of intelligent community in the new era should carry out content innovation on the basis of continuing the existing research path.Accelerate intelligent transformation and docking at the level of infrastructure construction,provide accurate supply based on demand,promote the development and application of comprehensive management platform for intelligent communities at the level of integrated construction,innovate the community governance model of"party building leading"at the level of community public services,encourage the use of cultural soft connections to promote residents'autonomy,and promote the coupled development of wisdom construction and enhancing community disaster resilience at the level of application scenarios.
