2020-2022年美国、英国、东亚地区大学入学考试与招生政策变化及启示

摘要 《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的提出对我国高考综合改革提出更高要求。通过追踪分析2020-2022年美国、英国和东亚地区大学入学考试与招生政策变化发现:现代科技为数字化考试的完善和推广带来了新机遇,考试公正公平更为突显,多样化的考试方式和多元化的评价标准成为教育评价发展新趋势。我国高考综合改革需要尽快推进数字化战略,做好大规模数字化考试的技术储备;进一步完善快速响应机制,提升后疫情时代考试治理能力;保证考试公平,保障政策的连续性和可操作性。 The proposal of The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive reform of China’s college entrance examination.Through analyzing the new changes and responsive strategies of college entrance examinations and admissions policies in the United States,the United Kingdom,and East Asia from the year 2020 to 2022,similar trends can be found:modern technology has brought new opportunities for the improvement and promotion of digital exams;the issue of fairness has become more prominent;diversified examination methods and evaluation standards has become new trends in the development of the education assessment.The comprehensive reform of China’s college entrance examination needs to promote the digital strategy as soon as possible,make good technical reserves for large-scale digital exams,further improve the rapid response mechanism to enhance the ability to govern exams in the post pandemic era,and ensure fairness in exams and the continuity and operability of policies.
