城市色彩规划的法规可视化研究——以福州市为例

Research on Visualization of City Color Regulation——A Case Study In Fuzhou

色彩规划在城市精细化管控中的作用越来越重要,管理部门通过制定法规,约束城市建筑的色彩。为此,在福建省规容量指标控制可视化的研究基础上,以《福州市城市色彩规划实施导则》为例,探讨色彩规划法规可视化的可行性和流程提出结合各规划法规模型,共同可视化的方法,有力地支持了管理部门和行业专家对规划法规的制定和优化。

Color planning has become increasingly important in the refined management of cities.Government regulates the colors of urban buildings by formulating laws.Based on the research of Visualization of the Capacity Index in Fujian Urban Planning Regulations.This paper takes the"Guidelines for the Implementation of Urban Color Planning in Fuzhou City"as an example to explore the feasibility and process of visualizing color planning regulations.By proposing a method of combining various planning regulations models for visualization,this paper strongly supports the development and optimization of planning regulations by government and experts.
