城市景观风貌规划是对城市风貌管控的重要手段。在新老城区的景观风貌规划中,由于开发程度、文化底蕴、人口聚集度、面临的主要问题存在差异,因而侧重解决和管控的内容也不同。针对新城的特殊性,结合福州滨海新城景观风貌规划的具体案例,对新城区景观风貌规划重点进行解析,包括编制技术路线、主要内容、成果表达形式,以及在创作过程中涉及运用的方法,为新城区景观风貌规划提供参照,使之成为引导与管控新城区城市风貌建设的有效手段。

Urban landscape scene planning is an important measure for urban landscape control.Due to the differences in the degree of development,cultural heritage,population concentration and major problems faced in landscape scene planning of the new and old towns,the content of focus on solving and controlling is also different.In view of the particularity of the new city,combined with the case of landscape planning of Fuzhou Binhai New City to analyze the key points of landscape scene planning of the new city,including the preparation of technical routes,main contents,expression forms of achievements and methods involved in the creation process,so as to provide reference for the landscape planning of the new city and make it an effective measure to guide and control the construction of the urban scene of the new city.[JP]
