治理现代化是社会转型发展的客观要求,也是优化社会秩序、促进社会和谐的重要选择。从社会治理现代化视角看,农民工组织化是维护农民工合法权益、协调劳资冲突、加强农民工管理的重要方式,对于推动城市治理创新、凝聚改革发展共识等具有重要意义。当前,农民工组织化建设面临着政策支持力度不够、农民工组织发展滞后、农民工组织化程度低、农民工维权效果不佳、农民工非正式组织多等问题。应当以统筹兼顾、多措并举的治理思路推动农民工组织化建设,以法治建设、组织引导、文化熏陶、思想宣教等方式促进农民工组织的有序健康发展。
