On the Mechanism and Path of Enhancing Cohesion and Forging the People’s Soul with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era:Based on In-depth Interviews with 120 Young People

坚持不懈用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装全党、教育人民、指导实践,是新时代建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态的核心任务。通过对120位青年开展深度访谈,形成了以“理论认同”为核心、以“青年个体”和“社会环境”为直接影响因素、以“宣传教育”为推进及催化、以“具体途径”为中介的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂理论模型。青年比较了解并高度认同习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,且理论知晓度越高理论认同度也越高。应进一步加大宣传力度,全面提高青年对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的知晓广度和深度;将直接途径与间接途径深度融合,实现理论武装内容与形式的最佳匹配;充分发挥传统语言文字载体与网络新媒体优势,实现多元载体的融合发展;将正面宣传与错误社会思潮批判相结合,在澄清思想误区中推动理论武装;融合党的宣传思想部门主导作用和青年主体性作用,实现凝心铸魂路径的综合创新。

Persistence in arming the whole Party,educating the people,and guiding the practice with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the core task of building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading power in the new era.Through in-depth interviews with 120 young people,this paper forms a theoretical model of enhancing cohesion and forging the people’s soul with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In this model,“theoretical identity”is the core,“young individual”and“social environment”are the direct influencing factors,“publicity and education”is the promotion and catalysis,and“specific approach”is the intermediary.Young people understand and highly recognize Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and the higher degree of theoretical awareness they have,the higher degree of recognition they will possess.We should further increase publicity efforts to comprehensively improve the breadth and depth of theoretical knowledge of young people;deeply integrate direct and indirect ways,and achieve the best match between the content and form of theoretical arming;give full play to the advantages of traditional language carriers and new network media,and realize the integration and development of multiple carriers;combine positive propaganda with criticism of wrong social trends of thought,and promote theoretical arming in clarifying misunderstandings;integrate the leading role of the Party’s propaganda and ideological departments and the subjective role of young people,and achieve comprehensive innovation in the path of enhancing cohesion and forging the soul.
