Develop Digital Culture Industry and Help Chinese Path toModernization to Achieve Common Prosperity in Spiritual Life

数字文化产业在发展国民经济和实现中国式现代化的进程中起着举足轻重的作用。共同富裕包含物质生活富裕与精神生活富裕,二者缺一不可。精神生活共同富裕在生产数字化、传播网络化、消费个性化的新时代有其丰富的内涵,然而学界对其研究尚未深入。如何消除城乡、东中西部之间的数字鸿沟,促进城市和乡村数字文化新业态的高质量发展,使其成为精神生活共同富裕的主要推动力,是当前学界和实践的重大命题。随着数字文化产业的快速发展,数字文化消费成为文化消费的主流,一线城市以MCN(多频道网络传播)为新媒介的创新发展模式对精神生活富裕起到了示范效应,乡村数字文化产业亟待发展以推动乡村振兴和精神生活共同富裕。因此,提升京津冀、长三角、珠三角三大城市群对数字文化产业的引擎作用,大力发展乡村数字文化产业生态,运用数字化技术拓展物质和非物质文化遗产的发展空间等,是推进精神生活共同富裕的重要进路。

The digital culture industry plays an important role in the development of national economy and the process of realizing Chinese path to modernization.Common prosperity includes material prosperity and spiritual prosperity,both of which are indispensable.The common prosperity of spiritual life has its rich connotation in the new era of digitalization of production,networking of communication and personalized consumption.However,the academic research on it has not been in-depth.How to eliminate the digital gap between urban and rural areas,the eastern,central and western regions,and promote the high-quality development of new forms of digital culture in urban and rural areas,so as to make it the main driving force for the common prosperity of spiritual life,is a major proposition in the current academic and practical field.With the rapid development of the digital cultural industry,digital cultural consumption has become the mainstream of cultural consumption.The innovative development model of MCN(multi-channel network communication)as a new medium in first-tier cities has a demonstration effect on spiritual prosperity.The rural digital cultural industry is in urgent need of development to promote the revitalization of villages and the common prosperity of spiritual life.Therefore,vigorously developing the rural digital cultural industry ecology,using digital technology to expand the development space of material and intangible cultural heritage,and improving the engine role of the three urban agglomerations of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta in the digital cultural industry are important ways to promote the common prosperity of spiritual life.
