CCF/IPC层压板的制备与性能

摘要 以碳纤维(CF)和抗冲共聚聚丙烯(IPC)为原料,采用热压模塑工艺制得了连续CF增强IPC(CCF/IPC)层压板。研究了CF含量和预浸带铺放方式对CCF/IPC层压板冲击性能、弯曲性能和动态力学行为的影响。结果表明:当CF含量相同时,与0°/90°和编织铺放方式相比,采用0°铺放方式所得CCF/IPC层压板的冲击强度和弯曲强度均最高;当CF质量分数为40%,采用0°铺放方式时,CCF/IPC层压板的冲击强度和弯曲强度均达到最高,分别为141.9 kJ/m^(2)和388 MPa。随着CF含量的增加,CCF/IPC层压板的储能模量(E′)逐渐增大。当CF含量相同时,采用0°铺放方式所得CCF/IPC层压板的E′最高,0°/90°铺放方式次之,编织铺放方式最低。 Using carbon fiber(CF)and impact copolymer polypropylene(IPC)as raw materials,continuous CF reinforced IPC(CCF/IPC)laminates were prepared by a hot pressing molding process.The effects of CF content and pre impregnated tape placement method on the impact property,bending property and dynamic mechanical behavior of CCF/IPC laminates were studied.The results show that when the CF content is equal,the impact strength and bending strength of CCF/IPC laminates obtained by using the 0°laying method are the highest compared to the 0°/90°and woven laying methods.When the mass fraction of CF is 40%and the 0°laying method is used,the impact strength and bending strength of CCF/IPC laminates reach the highest,reaching 141.9 kJ/m^(2) and 388 MPa,respectively.As the CF content increases,the storage modulus(E′)of CCF/IPC laminates gradually increases.When the CF content is equal,E′of CCF/IPC laminates obtained by using the 0°laying method is the highest,followed by the 0°/90°laying method,and the woven laying method is the lowest.
