内质网应激介导的细胞凋亡对2型糖尿病的影响 被引量:1

摘要 胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能障碍被认为是2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病的2个重要因素。近年来的研究表明,T2DM的发病机制与内质网应激(ERS)介导的细胞凋亡有关。胰岛β细胞内有高度发达的内质网,是对ERS最敏感的细胞之一。在ERS状态下,内质网会通过未折叠蛋白反应(UPR)来调节应激,但强烈刺激的应激使UPR反应失调,诱导胰岛β细胞凋亡,进而参与糖尿病的发生、发展。该文就ERS相关信号通路在T2DM发病机制中的作用进行了综述,以期为T2DM的中医治疗提供一定的科学依据。 Insulin resistance and pancreatic isletβ-cell dysfunction are considered to be two important factors in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Recent studies have shown that the pathogenesis of T2DM is related to endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)-mediated apoptosis.Pancreatic isletβ-cell has a highly developed endoplasmic reticulum,which is one of the most sensitive cells to ERS.In ERS state,endoplasmic reticulum will regulate stress through unfolded protein response(UPR),but strong stimulation stress will cause UPR reaction disorder and induce pancreatic isletβ-cell apoptosis,and then participate in the occurrence and development of diabetes.The article reviews the role of ERS related signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of T2DM,in order to provide a certain scientific basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of T2DM.
