纳米医学在慢性肾脏病中的应用研究进展

摘要 随着人口老龄化和糖尿病等发病率的增加,慢性肾脏病(CKD)的发病率呈上升趋势。CKD具有起病隐匿、治疗周期长、预后差的特点,对其进行早诊断、早治疗,可减少并发症的发生,并有效降低进展为终末期肾病的风险。纳米医学将纳米技术应用于医学,可提供更加灵敏和快速的医学诊断技术和更有效的治疗方法。目前,纳米医学在恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗中已得到很好的应用,其在CKD诊治方面也具有巨大潜力。 With the aging of the population and the increase of incidence rate of diabetes,the incidence rate of chronic kidney disease(CKD)is on the rise.CKD has the characteristics of insidious onset,long treatment cycle,and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and treatment can reduce the occurrence of complications and effectively reduce the risk of progression to end-stage kidney disease.Nanomedicine applies nanotechnology to medicine,which can provide more sensitive and rapid medical diagnosis technology and more effective treatment methods.At present,Nanomedicine has been well applied in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors,and it also has great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of CKD.
