基于灰色关联度的灯罩注塑模具冷却系统优化

摘要 以转向灯灯罩注塑模具的冷却系统作为研究对象,采用正交试验,运用信噪比和灰色关联度,优化了5个水路设计参数,包括水路孔径、水路至塑件距离、水路间距、水路入水温度,水流雷诺数,分析了冷却系统中的各工艺参数对塑件温差和冷却时间的影响,得到使塑件温差和冷却时间最小的冷却水路设计参数组合。结果表明:该方法能有效降低塑件温差和冷却时间,提高模具的冷却效果,缩短塑件成型周期。 Taking a turn signal lamp shade of injection mold cooling system as the research object,using orthogonal test,the signal-to-noise ratio and grey correlation degree,the five water path design parameters were optimized,including the water path aperture,the distance from the water path to the plastic part,the water path spacing,the water path inlet temperature,the water flow Reynolds number,the influence of the various process parameters in cooling system on mold temperature difference and cooling time of the plastic parts was analyzed,the cooling waterway design parameter combination that minimize the temperature difference and cooling time was obtained.The results show that this measure can greatly reduce the temperature difference and cooling time of plastic parts,improve the cooling effect and the molding cycle.
