职业教育与工匠精神的一体化建构

The Integrated Construction of Vocational Education and Craftsman Spirit

工匠精神承载着职业化教育体系中德教的重要内涵,德教与技教的螺旋驱动已成为助推职业教育高质量发展的内生动力。但近十年间,我国高等职业教育研究仍存在不少问题,如研究视角偏狭、职业教育与工匠精神耦合路径单一。为进一步优化未来高等职业教育研究,须从校企双元育人机制、双师型教师队伍、教育教学体系、教育评价体系以及社会育人氛围多维视角,为职业教育与工匠精神的一体化建构提供新思路,有效实现工匠精神与职业教育的有机融合。

Craftsman spirit carries the connotation of moral education in the vocational education system.The spiral drive of moral education and technical education has become an endogenous driving force to promote the high⁃quality development of vocational education.However,in the past ten years,there are still many problems in the research of higher vocational education in China,such as narrow research perspective and single coupling path between vocational education and craftsman spirit.To further optimize future research of higher vocational education,we must provide new ideas for the integrated construction of vocational education and craftsman spirit from multiple perspectives,such as school⁃enterprise dual education mechanism,double⁃qualified teachers,education and teaching system,education evaluation system and social education atmosphere.
