中国经济学视角下的向海经济问题研究

A Study of Seaward Economic Questions from the Perspective of Chinese Economics

向海经济是习近平总书记提出的一个概念,是习近平经济思想的有机组成部分。经过对相关文献梳理后发现,由于各界对提出向海经济的背景把握不清,造成目前文献和举措没有准确解读和反映习近平总书记提出发展“向海经济”的目的和本意。为此,各界有必要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以中国经济学以人为本、经世济民的基本要义为依托,对向海经济提出的背景进行重新考察,对向海经济的内涵、特性以及其与海洋经济、开放型经济的关系进行符合习近平经济思想的分析和界定。

The concept of seaward economy was put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.It is an integral part of Xi Jinping’s economic thought.After reviewing the relevant literature,this paper holds that the current literature and measures cannot accurately reflect the original intention of Xi Jinping’s proposal of developing seaward economy due to the unclear understanding of the background of the proposal.Therefore,taking Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era as guidance,the author reviews the background of seaward economy,analyzes and defines the meaning and characteristics of seaward economy and its relationship with marine economy,open economy and export⁃oriented economy,based on the tenet of putting people first and managing the world benefiting the people from the perspective of Chinese economics.
