Efficacy of Sensory Integration Combined with Language Training for Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy and its Effect on Intelligence Level and Language Function

摘要 目的:探讨感觉统合结合语言训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效及对智力水平、语言功能的影响。方法:选取2021年5—12月韶关市第二人民医院收治的100例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组应用传统康复训练疗法;观察组应用感觉统合结合语言训练治疗。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、治疗前后智力水平、语言功能及平衡功能的差异。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组智力水平各项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.916、5.857、6.768、3.463、3.050,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组构音障碍评分结果高于对照组,语言理解商与语言表达商评分结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.023、4.416、4.089,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Rivermead活动指数与Berg平衡量表评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.339、3.260,P<0.05)。结论:感觉统合结合语言训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床效果较好,患儿经治疗后智力水平、语言功能及平衡功能均得到显著改善。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sensory integration combined with language training in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy and the effects on intelligence level and language function.Methods:100 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from May to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation training.The control group applied traditional rehabilitation training therapy,and the observation group applied sensory integration combined with language training therapy.The differences in the clinical treatment effects,intelligence level,language function and balance function of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group scored higher than the control group in all items of intelligence level,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.916,5.857,6.768,3.463,3.050,P<0.05).After treatment,the results of dysarthria score were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the results of speech comprehension quotient and speech expression quotient were higher than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=8.023,4.416,4.089,P<0.05).After treatment,the results of Rivermead Activity Index and Berg Balance Scale scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=6.339,3.260,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical results of sensory integration combined with language training for children with spastic cerebral palsy were good,and the children's intelligence level,language function and balance function were significantly improved after the treatment.
