专病一体化护理在肝硬化患者营养状态管理和生活质量提升中的应用价值分析

Application of Specialized Integrated Care in the Management of Nutritional Status and Improvement of Quality of Life in Patients with Cirrhosis

目的:探讨专病一体化护理在肝硬化患者营养状态管理和生活质量提升中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年12月—2020年12月佳木斯市中心医院收治的160例肝硬化患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组100例和对照组60例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受专病一体化护理。观察记录两组患者干预后营养状况、生活质量、自护能力及护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组营养状况评分明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=30.182 2,P<0.05;t=32.607 0,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分明显升高,且均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=87.574 3、43.126 5,P<0.05;t=70.158 1、22.887 8,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.375 2,P<0.05)。结论:专病一体化护理能够有效提升肝硬化患者的生活质量,改善患者营养状态管理效果。

Objective:To explore the application of a collaborative rapid response team to improve the early warning system of the Division of Infectious Diseases in the treatment of critically ill patients in the Division of Infectious Diseases.Methods:160 patients with cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into 100 cases in the study group and 60 cases in the control group.The control group received conventional nursing interventions and the study group received specialized integrated nursing care.The nutritional status,quality of life,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients in both groups after the intervention were observed and recorded.Results:After the intervention,the nutritional status scores were significantly lower in the study group and lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=30.1822,P<0.05,t=32.6070,P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-care ability scores and quality of life scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=87.5743,43.1265,P<0.05,t=70.1581,22.8878,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.3752,P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized integrated care can effectively enhance the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis and improve the management of their nutritional status.
