仿生提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蒙脱石和蒙脱石散中可溶性砷含量

摘要 采用仿生提取的方法,建立了仿生提取电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定蒙脱石中可溶性砷含量的方法。分别取两份蒙脱石和蒙脱石散各0.3 g,其中一份加入人工胃液40 mL,另一份加入人工肠液40 mL,放入恒温振荡器(温度37℃,转速250 r/min)中振荡8 h,取出后放入离心机中,在转速8000 r/min条件下持续2 min。取离心后的蒙脱石的人工胃液和人工肠液、蒙脱石散的人工胃液和人工肠液各4 mL,置聚四氟乙烯消解罐中,加入HNO 3消解液,消解完毕后,赶酸至溶液体积剩余约2~3 mL。用ICP-MS进行检测,结果显示,砷的质量浓度均小于2.0μg/g。 The content of soluble arsenic in montmorillonite and montmorillonite powder was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with the aid of a bionic extraction method.Two samples of 0.3 g of montmorillonite and montmorillonite powder were dispersed in 40 mL of artificial gastric juice and intestinal juice,respectively.Prior to centrifuge at 8000 r/min,both solutions were typically oscillated with 250 r/min at 37℃for 8 h.Then,4 mL of above solutions were transferred into polytetrafluoroethylene tank with HNO 3 solution as digestion agent,respectively.After completing the digestion treatment,the obtained solutions were heated for eliminate acid until≈2~3 mL of the residue solution were collected.The results from inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry demonstrated that the bionic extraction method exhibits a accurate quantification below 2μg/g.
