摘要
通过开展不同嫁接处理技术对台湾牡丹樱苗期生长量的影响研究,结果表明:1~3年生的枝接苗树高、地径生长量均高于同年芽接苗,不同嫁接方法生长量差异不显著。第1年枝接苗树高、地径年均增长量明显高于芽接苗,从第2年始,由于芽接生长稳定,枝接与芽接的年均生长量差异不大,生长过程趋于相近。利用SPSS软件采取不同函数类型拟合不同嫁接方法台湾牡丹樱地径、树高相关模型,综合分析以Weibull模型拟合效果最好,可以利用Weibull模型预测后期樱花苗木生长。
Through the study on the influence of different grafting processing techniques on the growth of Prunus campanulata ‘Polypetalus’ at the seedling stage,the results showed that the growths of tree height and ground diameter of branch grafting seedlings of 1-3 years old were higher than those of bud grafting seedlings of the same year,and there was no significant difference in growth among different grafting methods.In the first year,the growths of tree height and ground diameter of branch grafting were significantly higher than those of bud grafting annually.From the second year,because of the stable growth of bud grafting,there was little difference between the annual increment of branch grafting and bud grafting,and the growth process tended to be similar.SPSS software was used to establish the correlation model of ground diameter and tree height of Prunus campanulata ‘Polypetalus’ with different functions fitting the different grafting methods,which displayed the best fitting effect of Weibull model.So Weibull can be used to predict the growth of cherry seedlings in the later period.
