摘要
为了解硒处理对侧柏种子萌发及苗木生理生化特征的影响,以不同浓度(质量分数分别为0、10、20和30 mg·L^(-1))硒溶液浸种激发处理侧柏种子,通过标准发芽试验,测定种子萌发、幼苗生长和各项生理指标,研究激发效果和相应的生理机制。结果表明:硒浓度≤20 mg·L^(-1)浸种处理,显著提高了侧柏种子发芽势和发芽率,促进了幼苗芽长和根长,减少了脂质氧化物丙二醛含量,维持了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的稳定。硒浓度30 mg·L^(-1)浸种处理抑制了种子萌发,形成胁迫。因此,硒浓度为10~20 mg·L^(-1)浸种处理,可以作为侧柏种子育苗和造林过程中的预处理技术,激发种子快速整齐萌发。
To understand the effects of selenium treatment on seeds germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings of Platycladus orientalis,in this experiment,the seeds of Platycladus orientalis were soaked and stimulated with different concentrations(0 mg·L~(-1),10 mg·L~(-1),20 mg·L~(-1) and 30 mg·L~(-1))of selenium solution,and then through standard germination test,the germination,seedling growth and other physiological indicators of seeds were measured to study the priming effect and corresponding physiological mechanism.The results showed as follows:the soaking treatment with selenium concentration ≤ 20 mg·L~(-1) significantly increased the germination potential and germination percentage of seeds,promoted the bud and root growth,reduced the content of malondialdehyde,and maintained the stability of superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase activities;soaking treatment with 30 mg·L~(-1) selenium inhibited seed germination and formed stress.Therefore,the soaking treatment with 10-20 mg·L~(-1) selenium can be used as a pretreatment technology in seedling and afforestation of Platycladus orientalis to stimulate the seeds for fast and neat germination.
