利用不同根肿菌菌源筛选抗病大白菜品种资源

摘要 为了筛选抗性稳定的高抗根肿病大白菜品种资源,试验以搜集青岛柏乡、青岛市农业科学研究院、云南楚雄、沈阳农业大学的根肿菌为菌源,对国内外19个大白菜品种接种鉴定。通过调查病情指数,分析抗性表现规律,筛选高抗大白菜品种资源。结果表明,搜集的4个地区根肿菌致病性存在差异,青岛柏乡的菌源致病力最强,其次为云南楚雄的菌源;沈阳农业大学和山东青岛农业科学院的菌源致病力最弱,没有显著差异,与Williams鉴别系统鉴别结果不同。19个品种依据抗性表现分4个类型,其中品种YCR1(GF15)、YCR2(金锦大白菜)、YCR3(亚非四号)、YCR4(琴萌CR1497)、YCR5(CR皇冠)对4个菌源均表现良好的抗性,为筛选高抗根肿病品种资源和生产应用提供参考。 In order to screen Chinese cabbage varieties with high and stable resistance to clubroot,clubroot fungi were collected from Qingdao Baixiang County,Shandong Qingdao Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Yunnan Chuxiong and Shenyang Agricultural University,inoculation and identification of 19 Chinese cabbage varieties at home and abroad.Through investigating disease index and analyzing the law of resistance expres-sion,the high resistance Chinese cabbage variety resources were screened.The results showed that the patho-genicity of Rhizoctonia was different among the four regions.The pathogenicity of the Rhizoctonia isolated from Baixiang County was the strongest,followed by that from Chuxiong.The pathogenicity of the Shenyang Agri-cultural University was the weakest,and there was no significant difference between them,which was different from the result of the identification system of Williams.19 cultivars were divided into four types according to their resistance.Among them,YCR1(GF15),YCR2(Jinjin Chinese cabbage),YCR3(Yafei No.4),YCR4(Qinmeng CR1497)and YCR5(CR crown)showed good resistance to 4 bacterial sources,it can be used as a reference for screening high resistant varieties to clubroot.
