辽宁省水稻新品系苗期耐盐性差异研究

摘要 筛选和培育耐盐性强的水稻品种对于充分利用土地资源和保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。以辽宁省近年新育成的118份水稻新品系为试验材料,通过苗期不同浓度的Na Cl溶液处理,比较不同品系间秧苗素质的差异,筛选强耐盐性的水稻新品系。结果表明,苗期水稻耐盐性评价中权重最大的性状是发芽率,根重在盐胁迫下的变异系数达到83.29%,在主成分分析中也占有较大比重,因此认为两者对盐胁迫响应稳定,其变化可以作为耐盐性评价的参考指标。进一步结合秧苗素质和主成分分析法的评价结果,筛选出耐盐性较强的5个水稻新品系,分别是盐粳352、花粳1520、盐粳172、沈星稻28和花粳1505。 Screening and cultivating rice varieties with strong salt tolerance is of great significance for making full use of land resources and ensuring national food security.The total of 118 new rice lines newly bred in Liaoning province in recent years were used as experimental materials.Through different concentrations of NaCl solution treatment at seedling stage,the difference of seedling quality between different lines were compared,and the new rice lines with strong salt tolerance were screened.The results showed that germination rate was the most important characteristics in the evaluation of salt tolerance of rice at seedling stage,and the variation coefficient of root weight under salt stress was 83.29%,which also accounted for a large proportion in principal component analysis.Therefore,it was considered that the response of the two traits to salt stress were stable,and the changes of the two traits could be used as reference indexes for salt tolerance evaluation.Combined with the evaluation results of seedling quality and principal component analysis,five new rice lines with strong salt tolerance were selected,which were Yanjing 352,Huajing 1520,Yanjing 172,Shenxingdao 28 and Huajing 1505.
