棉纺织企业节水途径分析

Analysis of water-saving way in cotton textile enterprise

摘要 为了降低棉纺企业用水量,根据棉纺企业水流图,理论计算了空调用水、锅炉用水、空压冷却用水、浆纱用水和人员用水,并与实际用水量计量进行对比,发现用水中存在的泄漏情况或节水潜力,通过综合采取技术改造、设备管理提升等措施来降低用水量,使年用水量从最高58万t下降至40万t以下,年节约水费100万元以上。认为:进行动态用水能效的分析研究,对于企业节水降费有着积极作用。 In order to reduce water consumption of cotton spinning enterprises,according to water flow chart of cotton textile enterprises,water consumptions of air conditioning,boiler,air compressor cooling,sizing and personnel were theoretically calculated.The result was compared with actual water consumption.Leakage situation or water-saving potential was found in the water consumption.Through adopting comprehensive measures such as technological modification and equipment management improvement,water consumption was reduced from the maximum annual water consumption of 580000 tons to less than 400000 tons,the annual water cost was saved more than 1 million yuan.It is considered that analysis and research of dynamic water efficiency will play a positive role in saving water and reducing cost for enterprises.
