棉用阴离子型含SiO_(2)无氟拒水剂的制备及应用

摘要 为了有效提高无氟丙烯酸酯类拒水剂的拒水效果,采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯(Brij72)为乳化剂,先将正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)进行乳化,再水解缩聚获得表面含碳碳双键的改性硅球,然后通过乳液聚合的方式制备通过化学键与丙烯酸酯类单体聚合物相连的阴离子型含SiO_(2)无氟拒水剂,并利用其对棉织物进行拒水整理。探讨了硅球引入方式、TEOS和VTMS配比、改性硅球氨水用量、反应温度、反应时间对拒水剂粒径的影响,并对棉织物整理工艺进行优化。整理后棉织物静态水接触角为146º,经50次水洗后,整理棉织物仍具有较好的拒水性,白度几乎没有改变,断裂强度略有下降。 In order to effectively improve water repellent effect of fluorine-free acrylate water repellent,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and polyoxyethylene stearate(Brij72)were used as emulsifiers.Firstly,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTMS)were emulsified,then hydrolyzed to obtain modified silica spheres with carbon-carbon double bonds on the surface.An anionic fluorine-free water repellent containing SiO_(2) was prepared by emulsion polymerization,it was used for cotton fabric water repellent finishing.The effects of introducing method of silicon ball,ratio of TEOS and VTMS,amount of modified silica sphere ammonia water,reaction temperature,reaction time on particle size of water repellent were discussed.The finishing process of cotton fabric was optimized.Static water contact angle of the finished cotton fabric was 146°.After 50 times of washing,the finished cotton fabric still had better water repellency,the whiteness had little change and the breaking tenacity slightly decreased.
