摘要
对循环经济背景下,再制造在能源节约、资源循环、碳减排等方面的作用进行了概括:介绍,对再制造产业政策进行了梳理,对再制造标准体系框架及标准研究工作进行了总体说明。在此基础上,介绍了近年来国家对再制造技术创新的支持。结合20年来的科研工作,介绍了典型产品再制造技术进展和成果。结果表明,我国已形成“尺寸修复、性能提升”的技术特色和技术体系。最后,提出我国未来再制造产业技术发展应重点加强多生命周期低碳循环再制造设计与评估、损伤智能检测与修复、基于物联网+人工智能的再制造装备、再制造材科库、再制造供应链及商业模式等方面的研究工作。
A general introduction to the role of remanufacturing in energy conservation,resource recycling,carbon reduction,and other aspects under the background of circular economy is provided.The policies for the remanufacturing industry is sorted out.An overall explanation of the framework of remanufacturing standard system and research work is provided.On this basis,the national support for remanufacturing technology innovation in recent years is introduced.Based on 20 years of scientific research work,the progress and achievements of typical product remanufacturing technology are introduced.The results indicate that China has formed a technological characteristic and system of"size repair and performance improvement".Finally,it is proposed that the future technological development of China's remanufacturing industry should focus on strengthening the research work on multi-life cycle low Carbon remanufacturing design and assessment,damage intelligent detection and repair,remanufacturing equipment based on Internet of Things+artificial intelligence,remanufacturing material library,remanufacturing supply chain and business model.
