集体性社会创业:研究述评与展望

Research Review and Prospect on Collective Social Entrepreneurship

大量社会创业研究主要关注微观层面的创业者个体因素以及中观层面的社会企业成立与成长,这阻碍了该领域研究的进一步深入。出于对社会创业中合作与伙伴关系重要性的理解,集体性社会创业逐渐受到学者们的重视。尽管过去几年集体性社会创业的研究取得了一定进展,但这一领域的研究主题比较分散,尚未形成系统的研究框架。基于此,文章对国外集体性社会创业研究的相关文献进行了系统梳理,从集体性社会创业的内涵、合作动因与合作形式、合作挑战、管理策略等四个方面进行了回顾和述评,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

A large number of studies regarding social entrepreneurship mainly focus on individual factors of entrepreneurs at the micro level and the establishment and growth of social enterprises at the meso level,which hinders further research in this sector.Due to the understanding of the importance of cooperation and partnership in social entrepreneurship,collective social entrepreneurship has attracted an increasing amount of attentions among scholars.Despite of the research progresses on collective social entrepreneurship in the past few years,the research topics in this sector are relatively scattered and have not formed a systematic research framework.Based on this,this paper systematically sorts out the existing f-oreign researches on collective social entrepreneurship,and conduct researches and reviews in terms of four respects including its connotation,impetus and form of co-operation,challenges in co-operation,management strategies in order to forecast the future research direction.
