恶性血液病患者及其家庭照顾者家庭韧性的研究进展

Research progress on family resilience in patients with Hematological Malignancy and their family caregivers

恶性血液病是一组恶性程度高、预后较差的肿瘤性疾病。文章在文献回顾的基础上,对恶性血液病患者及其家庭照顾者家庭韧性的影响因素及评估工具进行归纳总结,并介绍了FOCUS计划、授权教育、家庭叙事、韧性技能训练计划等干预方案,以期促进我国恶性血液病家庭韧性的相关研究,为制定家庭心理支持教育干预方案提供参考。

Hematological Malignancy is a group of neoplastic diseases with a high degree of malignancy and a poor prognosis.Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the influencing factors and assessment tools of family resilience in patients with Hematological Malignancy and their family caregivers,and introduces interventions such as the FOCUS program,empowerment education,family narrative,and resiliency skills training programs.It aims to promote relevant research on family resilience in Hematological Malignancy in China,and provide references to develop family psychological support education interventions.
