数字普惠金融、要素结构错配与共同富裕

Digital Financial Inclusion,Factor Structure Mismatch and Common Prosperity

以2011—2020年中国31个省级行政区面板数据为基础,就数字普惠金融和要素结构错配对共同富裕的作用效果进行深入研究。结果表明:数字普惠金融可显著促进共同富裕发展,而要素结构错配与共同富裕之间负向相关。进一步检验数字普惠金融和要素结构错配的交互项作用效果得知,随着数字普惠金融发展,要素结构错配对共同富裕的抑制作用逐渐被削弱。另外,区域异质性检验证明,数字普惠金融对东部地区以及数字普惠金融发展水平较高的地区影响效应更为显著;维度异质性检验表明,数字普惠金融的覆盖广度、使用深度对共同富裕的驱动效应明显,而数字化程度的驱动效应薄弱。为此,提出以“政”为基,扎实推进农村数字普惠金融建设;以“数”赋能,全面推进短板地区数字新基建布设;以“均”为重,重构生产要素分配体制机制,扎实推进共同富裕发展进程。

Based on the panel data of 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper discusses the effect of digital financial inclusion and factor structure mismatch on common prosperity.The research results show that digital financial inclusion can significantly promote the development of common prosperity,and there is a negative correlation between the factor structure mismatch and the common prosperity.Further the testing interaction effects of digital financial inclusion and factor structure mismatch shows that with the development of digital financial inclusion,the inhibitory effect of factor structure mismatch on common prosperity is gradually weakened.In addition,the regional heterogeneity test proves that digital financial inclusion has a more significant impact on the eastern region and regions with a higher level of digital financial inclusion;the dimensional heterogeneity test shows that the breadth of coverage and the depth of use of digital financial inclusion have a significant driving effect on common prosperity,while the driving effect of digitalization is weak.To this end,it is proposed to take"politics"as the foundation to solidly promote the construction of rural digital inclusive finance;Take"numbers"as the empowerment to comprehensively promote the deployment of new digital infrastructure in short-circuit areas;Take"equalization"as the focus to reconstruct the distribution system and mechanism of production factors,so as to steadily promote the development process of common prosperity.
