机械驱动径向锻机锤头运动特性研究

摘要 本文研究了机械驱动径向锻机锤头的运动特性。从理论和仿真分析两方面,研究分析了偏心轴的转速(输入量)与偏心轴的旋转角速度,滑块的运动特性及连杆与锤头的运动特性(输出量),周期性运动形式明显,呈现三角函数曲线形式。研究结果可为径向锻机选定设计参数提供理论指导。 The motion characteristics of the hammer head for a mechanical-driven radial forging machine has been studied in the text.From two aspects of theory and simulation analysis,the rotational speed(input)and angular speed of the eccentric shaft,the motion characteristics of the sliding block and the motion characteristics(output)of the connecting rod and the hammer head have been studied and analyzed.The periodic motion form is obvious,which shows a trigonometric functions curve form.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for selecting design parameters for radial forging machine.
