Installation method of Y-shaped sealing ring for wet clutch of mechanical press

随着高速冲压生产线的快速发展和普及应用,液压驱动组合式离合器/制动器--湿式离合器得到了广泛应用。Y型密封圈作为离合器重要组成部分,起着隔断润滑油和液压油的作用,安装时方法不当容易造成密封圈的使用寿命降低,造成离合器“窜油”问题发生。本文针对如何实现密封圈无损化安装进行分析研究,并提出一种新式辅助安装工装。

With the rapid development and widespread application of high-speed stamping lines,hydraulic-driven combination clutches/brakes-wet clutches have been widely used.The Y-shaped sealing ring,as an important component of the clutch,plays a role in isolating lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.Improper installation methods can easily reduce the service life of the sealing ring,leading to the occurrence of"oil leakage"in the clutch.The way to achieve non-destructive installation of sealing rings has been analyzed and studied.Finally,a new auxiliary installation fixture has been proposed.
