摘要
对矫平机上箱体进行有限元分析,根据分析结果,优化上箱体结构,再对优化后的结构进行有限元分析。通过云图和图表对两个箱体的分析结果对比得出:优化改进后的箱体整体位移变化大幅减小,对提高矫平机的矫平效果有积极意义。为高强板、超高强板矫平机的设计提供了理论支持。
The finite element analysis has been conducted on the upper box of the leveling machine.Based on the analysis results of the upper box,the structure of the upper box has been optimized,and then finite element analysis has been conducted on the optimized structure.By comparing the analysis results of the two boxes through cloud charts and charts,it can be concluded that the overall displacement change of the optimized and improved box has been significantly reduced,which has a positive significance for improving the leveling effect of the leveling machine.It provides theoretical support for the design of leveling machines for high-strength and ultra-high-strength plates in the future.
