An innovative study on the talent training mode of mold design and manufacturing in vocational colleges and universities.Firstly,we clarify the importance and development prospect of mold design and manufacturing,then analyze the problems and shortcomings of the current talent training mode of mold design and manufacturing in vocational education,and finally put forward the suggestions of new professional talent training mode and discuss the future development trend.
