酸洗槽带钢表面紊流强度的数值研究

摘要 为研究酸洗槽内带钢表面紊流的强度,引入连续流方程与湍流方程,建立描述酸洗液流动的数学模型。基于FLUENT6.3对酸槽内酸液的流动进行数值模拟,并以某钢厂酸洗参数为例,模拟酸槽内酸液流动特性,提出改进措施。结果表明,在酸槽设计中选定适合的入口参数对提高酸洗质量具有重要意义。 In order to study the strip surface turbulent intensity in the pickling tank,the mathematical model describing the flow of pickling fluid is established on basis of continuous flow equation and turbulent flow equation.This paper carries out numerical simulation on the flow of acid solution in the pickling tank by using FLUENT6.3,and takes the pickling parameters of a certain steel plant as example to simulate the flow characteristics of acid solution in the pickling tank,and puts forward the improvement measures.The results show that selection of appropriate inlet parameters of the pickling tank during design is of great significance for improvement of pickling quality.
