Full-automatic Cleaning Equipment for Reactor Pressure Vessel Main Bolts and Nuts

设计一种反应堆压力容器主螺栓、螺母同步全自动清洗设备,可以实现核电站压力容器主螺栓、螺母的拆卸、清洗,风干、上油及回装等功能。设备采用卧式结构,通过螺栓倾翻机构将立式螺栓置于水平位置,通过螺栓辅助支撑机构、螺母快速拆卸和安装机构拆卸螺栓上的螺母,以及螺栓、螺母同步全自动清洗、风干和上油工作。采取自动和手动两种控制模式,可以实时切换。设置安全保护功能实现异常状态下应急控制,保护螺栓、螺母不受损伤。

A automatic equipment for synchronous cleaning of the main bolts and nuts of the pressure vessel is designed to realize automatic disassembly,cleaning,drying,oiling and reassembly of main bolts and nuts of the nuclear power plant pressure vessel.The equipment is designed with a horizontal structure which is used to place vertical bolts in horizontal position through the bolt tilting mechanism.Bolt auxiliary support mechanism and nut quick disassembly and assembly mechanism are provided to disassemble nut from the bolt,and to synchronously clean nut and bolt,as well as drying and oiling under full-automatic mode.Both automatic and manual control are provided and can be switched in real time.Safety protection is adopted to provide emergency control under abnormal conditions and to protect bolts and nuts from being damaged.
