摘要
针对TC4材料特性进行铣削实验,调整铣削加工TC4试验件表面,用粗糙度仪测量表面粗糙度,通过分析,得出影响TC4表面粗糙度的主要因素是转速和进给量,最后得出铣削深度0.1 mm时,采取转速796 r/min、进给量300 mm/min、铣削速度30 m/min参数,加工TC4的表面粗糙度为0.303μm,效果最好。采用涂层铣刀加工TC4表面时,表面粗糙度的主要影响因素是进给量。
This paper carries out the milling test according to the characteristics of the TC4 material,adjusts the milling surface of the TC4 test piece and measures the surface roughness by using the roughness measuring instrument.Through analysis,it is found that the main factors affecting the surface roughness of TC4 are speed and feed rate.The final results show that when the milling depth is 0.1 mm,adopt a revolving speed of 796 r/min,a feed rate of 300 mm/min,and a milling speed of 30 m/min,the surface roughness of TC4 is 0.303μm,and the best surface condition can be obtained.When machining TC4 surfacewith coated milling tool,the main factor that affects surface roughness is the feed rate.
