摘要
曹妃甸M构造潜山地层在钻井过程中一般采用欠平衡方式钻进,导致钻探过程中溢流情况频发,对井控安全造成了巨大的威胁。为了在欠平衡钻井条件下精确指导钻井液密度调整,通过分析潜山地层气测录井响应特征,形成了一种基于气测参数的钻井液密度随钻调整方法,同时从统计学角度出发,提出井底压差与气测参数的相关性关系,建立了曹妃甸M构造钻井液密度调整模型,实现了在钻进过程中对钻井液密度及时、精确调整。该技术在曹妃甸M构造应用效果显著,有效防止了溢流情况的发生,确保了钻井施工安全。
The underbalanced drilling is commonly used in the drilling process of Caofeidian M structure buried hill formation,resulting in frequent overflow situations during the drilling process,posing a great threat to well control safety.In order to precisely guide drilling fluid density adjustment under the condition of underbalanced drilling,a method of drilling fluid density adjustment while drilling based on gas logging parameters is adopted by analyzing the response characteristics of gas logging in buried hill formation.At the same time,from the perspective of statistics,the correlation between bottomhole pressure difference and gas logging parameters is proposed,and the drilling fluid density adjustment model of Caofeidian M structure is established,achieving timely and precise adjustment of drilling fluid density during the drilling process.This technology has notable effect in Caofeidian M structure on preventing the occurrence of overflow and ensuring the safety of drilling operation.
