摘要
当前,社区团购已成为广大消费者继线下消费、网络购物之外的第三种消费模式,许多互联网公司纷纷进军社区团购行业,如阿里公司投资的十荟团、自建的盒马优选,腾讯公司投资的兴盛优选,美团公司自建的美团优选,拼多多的多多买菜等。本文以美团优选、多多买菜为例,通过美团优选和多多买菜的对比分析,使用SWOT分析法,总结美团优选和多多买菜当前存在的优势和劣势,并提出一些发展建议,以促进社区团购平台更好发展。
At present,community group purchase has become the third consumption model for consumers following offl ine consumption and online shopping,and many Internet companies have entered the industry of community group purchase,such as Ali’s Nice Tuan,self-built Hema Youxuan,Tencent’s Xingsheng Youxuan,Meituan Youxuan,and Pinduoduo’s Duoduo Maicai.This paper takes Meituan Youxuan and Duoduo Maicai as examples,and through the comparative analysis of Meituan Youxuan and Duoduo Maicai,uses the SWOT analysis method to summarise the advantages and disadvantages of Meituan Youxuan and Duoduo Maicai at present,and puts forward some development suggestions to promote the better development of platforms of community group purchase.
