基于价值创造理论的商业模式四维度平衡计分评价方法的构建——以每日优鲜为例

摘要 商业模式评价是商业模式研究中的基本问题,如何科学有效地评价商业模式既是学术界又是企业界关注的重点问题。本文从商业模式既有的价值创造理论出发,在分析和借鉴既往学者研究成果的基础上,根据主流的商业模式定义及要素模型,推导、构建了四维度平衡计分评价模型与指标体系。评价模型的四个维度分别是企业价值、市场竞争力(客户价值)、资源效能与环境适配性,本文以每日优鲜为例进行验证性应用,发现每日优鲜商业模式中存在的重大缺陷,并部分解释了其资金链断裂的原因。 Business model evaluation is a fundamental issue in research on business models,and how to evaluate business models scientifically and eff ectively is a key concern for both academics and enterprises.Based on the existing value creation theory of business models,this paper analyzes and draws on the research results of previous scholars and derives and constructs a four-dimensional balanced score evaluation model and index system based on the mainstream business model definition and element model.The four dimensions of the evaluation model are enterprise value,market competitiveness(customer value),resource efficiency,and environmental suitability.In this article,the validation application is carried out on the example of Missfresh,which reveals the major flaws in the business models of Missfresh and partly explains the reasons for the breakage of its capital chain.
