数字赋能广东肇庆打造粤港澳大湾区现代新都市的路径研究

Research on the Paths of Making Zhaoqing in Guangdong a Modern New City by Digitalization in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

数字化城市建设已成为现代新型城市建设的重点,进行数字化城市建设可以提升城市的信息化水平,实现社会各类资源的优化配置。本文从肇庆市当前的城市数字化建设现状进行分析,结合其所处的地理位置展开论述与比较,将其与粤港澳大湾区中数字化城市建设较好的城市(广州、深圳、香港特别行政区)结合实地访谈法、问卷调查法进行分析,从而发现肇庆在进行数字化城市建设过程中存在的问题,并提出促进数字化发展的对策建议,希望通过数字赋能将肇庆打造成为粤港澳大湾区具有代表意义的现代新都市。

The development of a digital city has become the focus of building a modern new city.The development of a digital city can improve the level of information technology of the city,to achieve the optimal allocation of social resources.In this paper,we analyze the current situation of the development of the digital city in Zhaoqing and compare it with the cities,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,which have better development of the digital city,based on locations,by combining field interviews and questionnaires.This paper identifies the problems in Zhaoqing’s digital city construction and gives countermeasures to promote the development of digitalization faster so that digitalization will turn Zhaoqing into a representative modern new city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
