高质量发展视域下港口供应链的韧性提升路径研究

Research on Improving Resilience of Port Supply Chains in the Context of High-quality Development

2017年,中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会首次提出高质量发展的新表述,表明我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。2021年,恰逢“两个一百年”奋斗目标历史交汇之时,习近平总书记接连强调“高质量发展”意义重大,高质量发展的构建离不开海上运输的帮助,港航企业在其中承担着重要责任。本文从我国港口企业出发,以S港口为例,对我国港航企业的供应链韧性提升路径进行分析与研究。首先,剖析了我国港航企业的内外部环境,使用SWOT分析工具依次阐述;其次,根据环境分析结果,提出我国港口企业供应链可能存在的问题;再次,针对发展瓶颈,提出可以提高企业竞争优势的战略;最后,提出了保障港口供应链战略安全稳定实施的措施。

In 2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the new expression of high-quality development,indicating that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.In 2021,coinciding with the historical intersection of the“two centenary goals”,General Secretary Xi Jinping has successively stressed“high-quality development”is of great significance,and the high-quality development cannot be achieved without the help of maritime transport,in which port and shipping enterprises bear an important responsibility.In this paper,we analyze and study the improvement paths of the resilience of supply chains of China’s port and shipping enterprises from the perspective of China’s port enterprises,taking S port as an example.Firstly,the internal and external environment of China’s port and shipping enterprises is analyzed,and SWOT analysis tools are used to elaborate in turn;secondly,according to the results of the environmental analysis,potential problems in the supply chains of China’s port enterprises are proposed;then,in response to development bottlenecks,strategies that can be improved to enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprises are elaborated;finally,measures that can guarantee the safe and stable implementation of the strategies for supply chains are proposed.
