本文主要研究高质量培育专精特新企业,提高产业链供应链现代化水平的重要性、方法及政策支持。在经济高速发展的背景下,我国提出了大力培育专精特新企业的战略目标,推动产业升级和转型升级,在广东省等经济发达地区,高质量培育专精特新企业具有重要意义。首先,我国应加强创新驱动,鼓励企业加强技术创新、产品创新和管理创新,推进数字化转型和智能化升级。其次,应促进产业链和供应链的协同发展,打通信息和资金流通的通道,提高企业在产业链和供应链中的话语权和地位。最后,政府应采取有效的政策支持措施,为专精特新企业提供资金、人才和税收优惠等方面的支持,加快推动产业转型升级。

This paper is to discuss the importance,methods,and policy support for the high-quality cultivation of specialized and sophisticated new enterprises to improve the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain.In the context of rapid economic development,China has put forward the strategic goal of vigorously cultivating specialized and sophisticated new enterprises to promote industrial upgrading and transformation,and in economically developed regions like Guangdong Province,it is important to cultivate specialized and sophisticated new enterprises with high quality.Firstly,China should strengthen innovation,encourage enterprises to strengthen technological innovation,product innovation,and management innovation,and promote digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.Secondly,it should promote the collaborative development of the industrial chain and supply chain,open up channels for the fl ow of information and capital,and improve the voice and status of enterprises in the industrial chain and supply chain.Finally,the government should take eff ective policy support measures to provide support in terms of capital,talents,and tax concessions for specialized and sophisticated new enterprises,to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
