互联网消费金融的风险防范研究

摘要 互联网消费金融在发展初期由于“监管真空”红利实现了井喷式增长,但其“先消费、后付款”的即时超前消费模式存在一定的隐患。本文在理论梳理的基础上,以“蚂蚁花呗”为研究对象,对互联网消费金融产品的运作模式、风险成因及风险管理展开分析,基于案例中暴露的问题及分析结论提出对策,有利于消除当下互联网消费金融存在的隐患,助力“普惠”功能的长期可持续发展。 In the early stages of its development,Internet consumer finance has seen a surge in growth due to the“regulatory vacuum”,but its“consume first,pay later”model of instant over-consumption has certain hidden dangers.This paper analyzes the operation model,risk causes and risk management of Internet consumer finance products based on the theoretical analysis of Ant Credit Pay as the research object,and proposes countermeasures based on the problems revealed in the case and the conclusions of the analysis.This is conducive to the elimination of the hidden dangers of Internet consumer finance and the long-term sustainable development of the“inclusive”function.
