基于产业链精准招商政策下广东省肇庆市制造业高质量发展研究

Research on the High-quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry in Zhaoqing City of Guangdong Based on the Precise Investment Policy of Industrial Chains

《肇庆市关于推动制造业高质量发展的实施方案》提出,首先要聚焦四大主导产业的产业链发展,开展定向招商、精准招商,推动“4+4”产业链蓬勃发展。本文对相关文献进行研究分析,结合产业价值链、产业链精准招商、制造业振兴的概念,分析肇庆市的招商引资政策,研究产业链精准招商政策促进肇庆市制造业高质量发展的创新机制、结构机制以及融合机制,同时提出引进和培育产业链高端人才的对策建议,以期为研究招商政策方向的相关人员提供一定的参考借鉴。

The Implementation Plan of Zhaoqing City on Promoting the High-quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry proposes to focus on the development of industrial chains of four leading industries,carry out targeted and precise investment and promote the fl ourishing development of the“4+4”model of industrial chains.This paper analyzes the relevant literature,combines the concepts of the industrial value chain,precise investment in the industrial chains and the revitalization of the manufacturing industry,analyzes the investment policy of Zhaoqing City,studies the innovation mechanism,structure mechanism and integration mechanism of precise investment in industrial chains to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Zhaoqing City,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for introducing and cultivating high-end talents in industrial chains,to provide a reference for those who study the direction of investment policy.
