摘要
针对汽车电子驻车系统专用EPB推力球轴承的质量控制要求,对该轴承保持架兜孔间隙检测技术进行研究,基于轴承的机械结构与制造工艺定义了EPB推力球轴承保持架兜孔间隙的内涵与表达方式,制定检测方案并研制了检测装置,检测结果的测量重复性为4.9μm,测量复现性为5.0μm,测量不确定度为8μm,表明该检测装置满足EPB推力球轴承保持架兜孔间隙的检测要求,可用于生产过程中的检测与控制。
Aimed at quality control requirements of EPB thrust ball bearings for automotive electronic parking system,the detection technology for cage pocket clearance of the bearings is studied.The connotation and expression of cage pocket clearance of the bearings are defined based on mechanical structure and manufacturing process of the bearings,the detection scheme is formulated and the detection device is developed.The measurement repeatability is 4.9μm,the measurement reproduction is 5.0μm and the measurement uncertainty is 8μm,indicating that the detection device meets detection requirements for cage pocket clearance of the bearings and can be used for detection and control during production process.
