近年来,为有效应对减收增支,更好保障经济社会持续健康发展,潍坊市财政局发扬艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约优良作风,大力压减一般性支出,建立健全常态化过“紧日子”长效机制,确保将有限资金用在“刀刃”上。强化源头管理,严格预算编制审核坚持“勤俭节约办一切事业”,进一步健全一般性支出预算审核机制,持续加强有关支出必要性、合理性审核,将“严控、严审、严管”规则,深入到会议、培训、差旅、政府采购等各个领域。

To effectively respond to the revenue reduction and ex-penditure increase and better ensure the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society,Weifang Finance Bureau has carried forward the fine style of hard work and frugality,vigorously reduced the expenditure for the general purposes,and established and perfected a long-term mechanism for the normalized"tight budget"to ensure that the lim-ited funds are used on the most im-portant industries in recent years.
