“双减”背景下中小学课后体育服务发展路径镜鉴——基于新加坡的经验与启示

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对新加坡中小学的课后体育服务展开探讨,分析其成功的经验,供我国参考借鉴。研究表明:新加坡中小学课后体育服务采用“二元组合结构”,其特征主要表现在注重以学生为中心、学校标准化与特色化均衡发展、规范化的评价与管理等方面,同时其发展历程与我国目前课后体育服务的发展有很大的耦合性。可供我国借鉴的方面有:以“多元化力量”为基础,搭建“课后体育服务”新平台;以“标准+特色”校内外体育资源为保障,形成“一校一品”新格局;以“共建共享”为思路,构建“家—校—社”多元联动新局面;以“系统化评价”为手段,营造“可持续发展”新模式。 This article uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to study after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools in Singapore,and analyzes its successful experience for China’s reference.Research shows that Singapore’s primary and secondary school after-school sports services adopt a“dual composite structure”,characterized by a focus on student centered,balanced development of school standardization and specialization,and standardized evaluation and management.At the same time,its development process is highly coupled with the current development of after-school sports services in China.It proposes the references for China:building a new platform for“after-school sports services”based on“diversified forces”;To form a new pattern of“one school,one product”with the guarantee of“standards+characteristics”sports resources inside and outside the school;Take“co construction and sharing”as the idea to build a new situation of“family school community”multiple linkage;Create a new model of“sustainable development”by means of“systematic evaluation”.
