基于MDA模式的高校体育教师领导力评价指标体系的构建与实证研究

摘要 在高校体育教育中,领导力评价是非常重要的一项任务。本研究通过专家访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法和模糊综合评价等方法对高校体育教师领导力进行探索性评价。结果发现:个人素质、服务能力和领导能力是领导力评价中比较突出的指标,而科研能力相对较弱。为了实现领导力的量化评价目标,本研究设计了一套基于MDA模式的高校体育教师领导力评价表。其评价体系具有较高的可信度和可靠性,可为高校体育教师领导力的提升和评价提供有效参考。 Leadership evaluation is a very important task in physical education in universities.This study evaluates the leadership of college PE teachers by means of expert interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Research has found that personal quality,service ability,and leadership ability are prominent indicators in leadership evaluation,while scientific research ability is relatively weak.In order to achieve quantitative evaluation of leadership,a set of leadership evaluation forms for college physical education teachers based on the MDA model was studied and designed.The evaluation system has high credibility and reliability,providing effective reference for improving and evaluating the leadership of physical education teachers in universities.
