体育教育专业师范生教学实践能力评价指标模型的构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据教育部颁发的指导文件和专家学者的意见,本文采用扎根理论分析、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,构建体育师范生教学实践能力评价模型。首先,使用Nvivo12.0软件对相关文献进行分析,初步构建体育师范生教学实践能力评价指标体系。其次,通过两轮专家问卷调查、信度分析和探索性因子分析优化评价指标体系。最后,利用结构方程模型开展实证检验。最终建立起了涵盖4个维度和17个指标的拟合度较好的评价模型。另外,运用因子分析法分别计算了二级指标和三级指标的权重系数,并通过相关变量之间的路径系数分析了评价模型中各个潜在变量的变化所对应的多个相关因素的协同效应。 According to the guidance document issued by the Ministry of Education and the opinions of experts and scholars,this paper constructs the teaching practice ability evaluation model of PE normal university students by using grounded theory method,data analysis method and logic analysis method.Firstly,Nvivo12.0 software is used to analyze the relevant literature,and the evaluation index system of teaching practice ability of normal physical education students is preliminarily constructed.Secondly,the evaluation index system was optimized through two rounds of expert questionnaire,reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Finally,using the structural equation model as an empirical test.In the end,an evaluation model covering 4 dimensions and 17 indexes with good fit degree was established.In addition,factor analysis method is used to calculate the weight coefficients of secondary index and tertiary index respectively,and the synergistic effect of multiple related factors corresponding to the changes of each potential variable in the evaluation model is analyzed through the path coefficient between related variables.
