摘要
提高教练员知识水平是教练员教育和培训的主要目标,本研究鉴于当前我国教练员主动获取知识意识不够、获得知识渠道单一的问题,以完善教练员非学历教育为主要目的,基于探究学习社区以及实践社区理论,提出构建教练员共同学习的网络实践社区,引导教练员在共同交流、学习的同时进行个人反思,以此促进教练员专业性知识的生成与转化。实证研究结果表明:该网络实践社区有助于增强教练员的协作学习意识,提高教练员专业化水平,对我国教练员职业化、专业化发展具有重要意义。
Improving the level of coaches’knowledge is the main goal of coaches’education and training.This study aims to address the current issues faced by Chinese coaches,such as a lack of awareness of actively acquiring knowledge and limited access to knowledge channels.Based on the inquiry learning community and practice theory,this study proposes to build a coaches’learning network practice community with the aim of improving coaches’non-academic education.The community will guide coaches in common communication and learning while promoting personal reflection,thus facilitating the generation and transformation of professional knowledge.Empirical research results show that the network practice community is helpful in enhancing the awareness of cooperative learning and improving the professional level of coaches,which is of great significance to the professionalization and professional development of coaches in China.
