第14届全运会跆拳道运动员速度冲刺及下肢肌肉特征相关性分析

摘要 对第14届全运会跆拳道运动员速度冲刺及下肢肌肉特征进行相关性研究。运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法和对比分析法对58 kg、68 kg、-80 kg、+80 kg运动员身体速度冲刺能力及其下肢肌肉特征进行分析。结果表明:跆拳道运动员的灵敏速度表现受感知反应、短距离直线冲刺能力、跳跃能力和下肢肌肉最快速度作用发力的力量有着一定的差距,跆拳道运动员灵敏程度和速度的快速反应受到主要影响的原因为运动员的感知以及短10 m距离冲刺能力。建议:国内优秀跆拳道运动员在专项训练中应考虑将结合信号刺激的灵敏速度测试作为体能测试的重要部分。 A correlation study was conducted on the speed sprint and lower limb muscle characteristics of Taekwondo athletes at the 14th National Games.Using the methods of literature review,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the sprint ability of body speed and the characteristics of lower limb muscles of 58 kg,68 kg,-80 kg and+80 kg athletes.Result:There is a certain gap in the sensitive speed performance of Taekwondo athletes due to the effects of perceptual response,short distance straight sprint ability,jumping ability,and the fastest speed of lower limb muscles.The main reasons for the sensitivity and fast response of Taekwondo athletes are their perception and short 10 meter sprint ability.Suggestion:Excellent domestic taekwondo athletes should consider using sensitive speed testing combined with signal stimulation as an important part of physical fitness testing in special training.
